WS II dispensing too many coins

Anyone else having problems with the newer WS IIs dispensing too many coins? I seem to have a very erratic problem where occasionally 1 or 2 extra coins drop out of the dispenser and the reports never show it. I only find it due to rectifying the coin count every day. Some days it will be none and some days it will be upwards of -20 coins. Anyone else seeing this issue, any potential fixes? Thanks

It may be a mechanical problem with the hopper. When it stops running to dispense it should stop very sharply and not idle to a stop slowly. If the motor brake fails it can drop extra coins and not register them.

I have just the opposite problem, Mine lets coins hang up in the chute. Every day there are 2-3 quarters still sitting at the top of the chute.

drop chute can be removed and polished with fine steel wool and apply a wax to it and this will help.
This is common problem with using Alum. for a coin chute.
