Stan at DynaJet passed away. When I talked to his son shortly afterward, he spoke as if he were going to keep things going, but no longer repair washed out manifolds. The website appears to be gone, so if you want one of those wringers, you may want to grab it while you can.

No one answers the DynaJet phone numbers. Kleen-Rite doesn't have their wringers listed on their site anymore.
The one from Dultmeier is most likely made by Dralco. It's a good wringer, but the spring is stainless steel. Stainless doesn't make a very good spring. I always replace the stainless spring with one from a Lake City wringer.
