Woodward Dream Cruise

We went to Detroit this weekend to see Steely Dan and it just happened to be the same weekend as the Dream Cruise! 1.5 million people, the largest one day car event in the world. What a weekend, Robert Cray and Keb Mo on Thursday night, Steely Dan on Friday and cruising all day Saturday!

How was Steely Dan? I have seen Keb Mo and loved him, though I wishd he were with a full band (he played solo).

My band played a gig Saturday Night and Charles Neville was also on the bill. I saw him backstage and was thrilled! Good times!

Steely Dan is GREAT live! I had seen a concert on PBS a few years ago and this is why we had to go.
Keb Mo had a full band and Robert Cray was great too.
My wife just bought tickets to Cheech and Chong in Detroit! They sold out and had to scheduale a second show
