What's the latest feedback on the Viagra brushes now that they have the "gen three"? Lately we have been having a lot of non-meter running brush users and are considering this again.

I have gen 2 , not gen 3. Seems that after a few years most gen 1s were due for replacement. Cuts down but does no eliminate freeloaders.

I have them in all my bays and just for the comedic value they are great! They are a bit heavy but do cut down the freebies. It gives a easier reasoning to let the customer know why it does what it does.

The biggest issue for us is dirt getting up in the brush and possibly scratching the next car.

I had 3 of them for 2 years and got rid of them due to the weight, customers saying it's not working and having to increase the pressure on air and chemical to make them work, went back to the good old foam brush handle.

About what years did you have these? They came out in 2011 I believe but I'm not sure when they came out with the 3.0.

I had the Gen 2.0 model, I removed them in 2017 and yes I did get people who would try to hold the boot and make it work until I went out and explained how it worked to them.

I had the gen 2 model in 11 bays and removed them in most. All they were good for were comedic value. Eventually most of them had issues so I went back to ol'reliable.

Was this different than any other foam brush handle? Why would that be? I have instructions that advise to rinse brush with HP before using.

Standard brush handle and yes we have signs to rinse before use but nobody reads them. The dirt gets up in the bristles when they are used without the soap constantly pushing it away. I only notice it if it was used on a really dirty or muddy vehicle.

So, just wanted to be clear. this is a general issue, not a handle issue. Would seem wobblehead might reduce it since as you say it is worse when they use it without soap which is not impossible, but more difficult with the wobblehead.
