What was the very first car wash location and or machine to have Tri foam?

I think a guy from Mark VII invented it back in the early ‘90s maybe, but I wouldn’t bet the farm on it. I think his name was Steve Chase.

Tri foam of course has the three colors, but plain white foam polish was put on cars back in the 1970’s. It was part of Hanna’s two step polish and wax process. I’m not saying Dan Hanna invented the concept of a foaming polish, but he certainly popularized it. Triple foam is basically a more colorful and updated version of that product.
