Has anyone on here ever bought any washworld equipment from Carwash Consignment.

Carwash Consignment is a sham. I used them once. The buyer offered significantly more but carwash consignment watered the offer down and didn't disclose the buyer's actual offer. I know they get a cut, but the ethical thing to do is disclose the actual offer. I wouldn't have figured this out if the buyer didn't bring it to my attention. They were likely going to pocket the rest of the undisclosed offer. Beware dealing with them. I'd use the facebook group and section of the forum on this site.
