How many inches would you leave between foam brush/triple foam units and ceiling? I want to get them as high as possible but still leave room if I have to work on it.

I'm talking about in the pump room. The actual pumping equipment with the tanks, they are built together.

Dont put the tanks higher then the height of what the guns will be. You could have a siphoning problem.

It won't siphon because there are solenoids on every line.

I have to stand on a ladder to reach the Hydrominders, so I took a tape and measured, and I can easily get to everything with 18" clear above my head.

After a while wall space becomes premium real estate inside an equipment room. I recently saw someone run unistrut out from the wall 90 degrees and mount solenoid banks, etc. on it. Not a bad idea.

Can you imagine having some large disconnect for everything on a solenoid board so you could just unplug it and pull it out like a card in a PC? Sure would make servicing easier, and you could have a spare to swap out.

That would be sweet. I would just settle for a "plug and play" solenoid valve. Those single manifold blocks of solenoids are compact and nice but if you need to repair/replace one you must shut down everything and then it is not always a picnic to remove/replace the valve.
