On some items, like that presoak pump and coupling, you can change it to a regular pump, but on most items you will pay. Their policy in Florida makes it laughable for their techs. When the part leaves Mark 7, they start the warranty on that part. It is common to have a part sit on a shelf or van for several months before being used, but by then half its warranty may be gone.
