The weep valve on my Laser pump station is leaking water, while the high pressure pump runs. It comes out of the inlet side. I have the water to it shut off. Any ideas on what might be causing this?
There are check valves on the high pressure manifold on both the undercarrage and spray arch manifolds to prevent hp water from going back into the weep manifold, one or both are leaking.
Depending when your machine was made the check valves is actually screwed into the hp manifold above the lex air valves or on the weep manifold between the manifold and the adjustment needle valve.
Hope this helps.
No, This check valve failing would not get water in the lex air valves.
Most likely that the seals on the lex air valve is failing or there is water in your air compressor - air lines going thru the regulator and mac valve.
Make sure you drain your compressor weekly, and shut off the air to the machine, unhook the airline and open the valve to let any water in the lines to blow out.
