My 775K BTU will only heat to approximately 70 degrees at the control thermostat/thermometer. Thus it is running almost continuously and thats no fun this time of year in Indiana! I have tried adjusting the valves to no avail. Any ideas? It has not been cleaned in a couple of years, but would that make that much difference? The flame is nice and blue like it should be.

How much square foot of underground tube are you heating with the 775,000BTU heater?

Sounds like you have plenty of BTU's for the job. I would think with the Extreme temps you are getting that it wouldn't be unusual for the boiler to keep on running? It should be doing its job melting the ice if not then there may be something wrong.
