Anyone going to this? I am debating since things seem to be picking up economically and Vegas is desperate to get visitors that they are marking everything down. I want to see if anyone in the industry has done anything new despite the doom and gloom of 12 months ago.

I am going. Looking forward to the Disney institue training that will be offered. I think it will be several notches above previous trade show programs I have seen. Also if you hurry MGM has great rates on rooms.

DETAIL PLUS will be exhibiting at the WCA. The timing is right as the economy has picked up and most car wash operators are enjoying good business from what I hear and will be ready to spend some of that money.

As Soapy says: the Disney Program is going to be a wonderful opportunity for car wash operators wanting to learn how to improve their business and set it apart from the rest. Am reading their book, "Be Our Guest," which is a wealth of customer service knowledge.

The expo looks to be one of the best.

Regards
