Wax spill

Hi, I had a candle wax melt in my car and it accidentally melted and spilt. It is in the one of the cup holders, not sure how to get it off the plastic
There are no chunks but a stain looking drip
 
Put a chunk of ice on it and let it sit for a while and then chip it off with some thing that won't scratch the plastic
