Wax solenoid?

Hi guys, I could use some help. There’s hp soap and wax injected into the cat3535. The problem is, the wax is registering on the flow meter no matter what! I put a new plunger in last week. Are there specific plungers for this solenoid? The wax is old af I don’t know what to do. I put a plug in it a moment ago. This is by far my busiest weekend since buying the place.

That looks like a standard Kip solenoid. Make sure it's 24 volt AC and you order the same orifice size. I've had to replace a few recently that wouldn't stop flowing even after replacing the plunger, and the insides look perfectly fine.

I suggest you dump that old af wax.

Thank you very much!
