I use a Hydrominder to feed Wax from a 5 gallon bucket into a small elevated tank. Wax seems to clog the tip about every 2-3 months. I could try diluting the wax in a 15 gallon barrel and use a smaller tip. They're must be a better way around this. Any ideas?

What Kind of foot Valve / strainer are you using? Is it an issue with the fluid in the line drawing from the bucket actualy clogging? I expect that due to the slow use and air getting in the pail, adds to your issues.
Can you transfer to a one or 2 gallon container, and re seal the 5 gallon pail?
