Water Wizard 2.0 boom

Water wizard 2.0 boom will not go down. Tried to run boom manually from control panel and boom would start to come down then stop after about 4 inches. Tried a couple times now won’t do anything. Not throwing any alarms on the red lion either. Any suggestions?

If you've got the toggle switch in manual mode and the boom won't come down check your bottom boom prox switch to see if it is stuck on. Look at permanent alarm record and see if there have been any alarms regarding boom position.

Thanks Greg. It ended up being the cable from one of the boom sensor eyes having a bad spot.

As they go bad I replace all of the quick connect boom eyes with the ones with the wire that goes all the way back to the box where they connect. My eye related issues go way down. Those quick connects are the weak spot.
