I've got a High Velocity wash, and the top hose that's a 1" hose (Roughly 3' in length) gets kinked about every 6 months and I have to replace it. I'm thinking about putting a garage door spring over the hose so it won't kink up. Anybody else run into a similar problem on their washes? How did you fix it?

I'm not sure about a High Velocity but something to look into is the type of hose the assembly is made of. Some types of hose are much better at flexing than others. We had to replace one that was only 6 months old with one that costs a lot more because it was a really short hose (9" long) that flexed a lot. The cheaper hose type was fine for the others that didn't flex as much.
