There has been a rash of break-ins at car washes in the last 2 years or so. It’s the same guy, David Allen Sharp. He’s done upwards of $50,000 in damages to Bill Changers and ACW’s. He’ll come anytime day or night. He hit one car wash at 3:15PM on a sunny Sunday afternoon with customers at the wash, this wash he’s hit 3 times. The police won’t come out because it’s a property crime. They’ve got great video of him doing his thing. Last night “Washington’s Most Wanted” profiled him.
