Wash World Speaker Problems

Anyone else have problems with the speaker on the Wash World Razor? We've had our wash for just over one year and it's gone out twice. :(
 
They have had a problem with the speakers. Mine went out on my new machine in about 5 months. I was told they are aware of the problem and working on it.
