Wash Select Issues

I’m not sure what has all gone wrong, but for some reason the actual car wash(Laser 4000), is not recognizing when a payment is made through the machine. It takes the money, says continue through to wash, but the actual wash isn’t coming to life. I done a free wash, tested all options and it works that way. Any one any ideas?

We just had this happen at another wash somehow the programming in the Wash Select 2 was corrupted, here's what we did to correct the issue

Relay Stacking is ON
Relay Latching is OFF
Wash Handshaking is set for "Wash in Use" and not "Cycle Complete"
Confirmed the Wash Relay Pattern

Basically, had to set it up again like day one.
