Last week we had a pretty bad storm hit our region which resulted in my Wash Select 2 having connectivity issue. The WS2 is connected to both to a PS4000, as well as a Gilbarco Point of Sales System to process credit cards and pull pricing. After the storm, it was determined that the network NIC Card was bad and needed to be replaced. After replacing it, we are still not establishing connectivity to the Gilbarco Point of Sales system. When trying to configure the "Credit Mode", I receive the following response "WRONG NIC REV." I am not sure what this means and moreover how to fix it. I need to change the "Credit Mode" however I keep getting this error. Anyone seen how to correct this?
