Wash Select 2 Double Charge/Stripe/ Nayax/ Beacon

We recently purchased a wash and the previous owner was not able to resolve issue need advice.


This issue is ghost like only happens 1-4 times a day randomly at only one in bay.

Customer purchases wash example for $15 wash machine has them insert card, then it says please insert an additional $1 dollar and only says it read $14. When it actually read $15. The customer will then run their card again it will charge them two separate transactions of $15

thoughts?!

Its possibly a timing issue on the output side that may be off just enough to "miss" a signal at input and only count 14 of 15.
I'm pretty sure if you contact nayax support with the serial number of unit, they may be able to see something.
I believe they are set up for MDB communication
I'm using VPOS with pulse, so I'm not all that familiar with the MDB
