Hey everyone, been searching for a while now and can’t really find any info. I have an opportunity to buy an existing building with the plan being to make a ss indoor bay. There is an already existing outdoor pad for a wash bay, so the idea of having the 2 in the same spot is ideal. Now the question I have is with a concrete building, and a concrete foundation already in place. What option do I have, would you recommend for the drain/pit? There is a floor drain in the shop, but it is not in an ideal spot. Maybe you have seen someone do something like this before, or have ideas. Maybe it is a better idea to build new. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
