Warehouse Retrofit / Movable Above-Ground Equipment

Hello everyone. This is my first post.

I was thinking about purchasing the local self-serve in my town, but the owner wants a fortune (20X annual earnings). Meanwhile, there's a growing amount of warehouses, sitting empty nearby. A trend that I think will continue.

Has anyone here retrofitted an existing warehouse into a self-serve car wash? Also, will I be able to find (moveable above-ground) equipment like this at the upcoming Car Wash Show in Vegas?

Check out Auto Brite in Vegas as they sell a short tunnel that uses the tank system . There is in stainless steel.
