Volume Discounts/ Fleet Accounts

I'm new to the IBA business. I've had a local car dealership approach me about volume discounts. What is the normal discount given to car dealers? Any advice on approach/ discounts given/ good-bad experiences...? Any information/ advice would be appreciated. I currently am giving a 10% discount on fleet cards.

First off, I only discount my top wash on the IBA. I use Hamilton tokennotes for this. I sell 10 washes at a 10% discount, 25 for a 15% discount, 50 for 20% off and 100 for 25% off.

So far I've had Police Dept., town offices and funeral homes buy in bulk.

I base discounts based on the amount they buy. $75-150 10%,and 20% above that. We also add on the amount instead of discounting.If they buy say $200.00 worth ,it gets them $240.00 worth of washing. They can pick whatever wash they want.
This is for prepaid.

We also bill some of our bigger customers ( 5 vehicles ,or more) ,they receive 15% off the total amount.
