Trying to get a little more time out of the vector until can get new unit for a wash I purchased.
Have a vector rapid wash that when the carriage goes to the front of the vehicle to wash, the shuttle moves all the way right (passenger side) until it gives a shuttle jam. If I hold the arm to stop it from moving, it will stop and wash the vehicle.
When jogging the shuttle, the shuttle prox blinks so getting prox input, and the homing works as expected as well. So thinking those shuttle prox sensors appear to be working correct. I have tried to set shuttle travel to 0, as well as set shuttle to disabled and it still goes far right.
Does anyone know what could be the cause and what to check? Only thing I could think is the DS/PS sonars, and when looking at the inputs, I don't get anything from either of those sonars. Not sure if that is how it has been or not. Wouldn't think both would go out at the same time.
