Vaughn Rollers, and gallop brush

Hello!

Just curious if anyone out there has tried the Vaughn roller dollies with the UHMW plastic bodies? We will be buying a couple to try out on our sonny's log chain.

And as for gallop brush we like the core guards and spaghetti brush but question the durability of the brush material.

Anyways just looking for some feedback on if these vendors are any good.

Thanks!!

We have all of our wraps and rockers done in coreguard, with spaghetti on the wraps. Never had any problems with the durability of the material, cleans and holds up great.

We use Vaughan rollers on our Macneil conveyor with X458 chain and have been for 5+ years. They seem to hold up better than the OEM rollers and the design is simpler than Macneil's. Can't speak specifically about the log chain version but I wouldn't hesitate to use Vaughan.

We switched to Gallop with the coreguard and have been very happy. We have about 120,000 washes on the Gallop material and I am not seeing any issues. Appears to have a lot of life left.

I have a D88K Chain with the Hanna Low profile roller. I have personally gone to Vaughn and have seen them make their rollers. They have many styles in their showroom. I have a couple that I have evaluated and it's a no brain er. You may pay a little more but they last longer!

My next set of brushes will come from Gallup. Much better product than my OEM. I'm not a paid consultant for either one of these companies, only an operator that did a little due diligence. Both are Michigan companies if that helps!
