Vacuum wont run, has a crypto swiper.

My vacuum wont run, the swiper is lit up with the rainbow lights. When a credit is swiped the lights turn green, but the vacuum does not come on. Where do i start with trouble shooting

this problem ? My swiper is the one without the button at the button.

Do you also have a coin acceptor or bill acceptor? If so, does it start with those? Have you checked the wiring with the Cryptopay instructions?

This vacuum has no coin or bill acceptor. Credit cards only.

More information needed. What timer? Are you getting an output from the timer? Is the output getting to the contactor/relay? Is the voltage getting to the motors?

Has this vacuum ever ran before? Did you just install Cryptopay and now it wont run? If so what was on it before? With a button or without one does not matter. Did you set the settings on your cryptopay account for the swiper? What kind of timer? Your cryptopay swiper sounds like it's working but your 2 red/green wires might be wired wrong or the swiper is not programmed.
