Vac filter

Anybody got a source for these vac filters? These are at a site I just took over, there were 4 new ones in the attic, I've now used 2 of the 4 new ones on the worst 2 vacs.

Do those filters have a spring that springs out and goes around the inside of the vacuum to hold it in? I haven't seen those in well over 25 or 30 years. We had some vac's that had a spring bag and we converted them over to a regular type filter by cutting a hole in the top and dropped a filter down inside. Make sure when replacing ring is between upper ring in vac and lower partial rings. Had a dingbat not do this and dirt got past bags

I just got 2 new replacement filters last winter
Called the company direct
After chatting at show in Nashville
They shipped them to me
Ask for a B Jacobs in parts
