Unitec WS2 not activating wash

I have an occasional issue where my WS2 will accept payment but the signal to the inbay never gets sent. It seems to happen only on one wash package. I know it isn't an issue with the wiring or the inbay automatic.
Is there a relay or something in the WS2 that could be failing?

Yes it could be but they are board mounted. The easy way to diagnose if is intermittent is to swap relay wiring around. You will have to change the configuration in the setup.

Of course they are board mounted...
I didn't think about swapping and changing programming. I actually have an unused package slot that I can use.

you could also go into diagnostics and test the output relays
