I'm seeing more and more card declines on my Portals and WSII's for "not scheduled". I was on the phone with tech support at DRB last week for another issue and asked about it. They said that DRB engineers were aware and know it's their issue. They are working on a fix. Is anyone else seeing this error and has anything resolved it, or does anyone know why it is occurring or what the error means? DRB, can you chime in?
