Unitec Compatible MagStripe Cards

I'm looking for a vendor to make unitec compatible stripe cards. I've reached out to unitec and they seem reluctant to give out the mag stripe specs, as I'm sure they want you to buy from them. Anyone know a good vendor, or know the specs for the stripe?

Can a card company use an existing card to determine what you need? I have some of the Unitec VIP cards that we no longer use. I can send them to you
