Unitec and cryptopay not getting credit for wash, giving washes away

We have a problem with our cryptopay on our unitec washselect II, someone swipes their card it starts the wash but we do not get credit for the wash price. the unitec keeps track of all washes my cc, cash, coins etc. Has anyone else had this problem?

Sounds like the card swiper is not talking to the coordinator thingy in the equipment room. Tech support at crypto pay should resolve it for you.
