undercarriage for WW 1.0 not turn on

Help please,
The undercarriage of WW1.0 is not turn on when customer enter to wash.

following eyes/sensor checked.
Manual undercarriage tested and work good.
I clean the door enter eyes/sensor and they seem work OK.
Enter eyes/sensors on floor: Clean and both sensors light are lite and seem working OK.

Your input and direction are appreciated.

Replace the wires the connectors get hard and short out.
