Ultrasonic Problem?

My Superior 700 has a recurring problem I thought was fixed (it was for about a week).


The machine acts like it is at the rear of the car when the wash begins. The spray bar turns and goes across the front, as it does when the gantry travels to the rear of the vehicle.

I replaced the ultrasonic and it worked fine for 4 days and today it has this problem again.

I was thinking cable but now I am not sure.

Any ideas out there???

Was the problem the same with the old ultrasonic ? If it was i think i would change the cable next or check for a bad connection

Problem fixed. It was a bad 'end of travel' prox, telling the gantry :'you're at the end as far as you can go so turn and travel across the rear of the car.'.

Washing cars again, which is nice on a sunny and mild Saturday!
