Ultimate heater problems fixed at last

After fighting my ultimate products radient tube heater problems since the day of install, I think I have finally found a solution to my problems. For the last two winters my ultimate products radient tube heater would take spells where it would light, burn good for about 5 seconds then go out. I have replaced everything in the burner assembly with no help. I replaced the igniter/control board, vacuum switch, igniter/flame detector probes, gas valve, fan motor, nothing would fix the problem. Ultimate products was of little to no help solving this issue as they would rarely return your call. The problem seemed to be the worse when it was a warmer day when the heater would be off all day then need to light in the evening. I think it was a moisure problem due to condensation inside the burner box. The fix was to install a coin vault strip heater inside the heater. I placed the heater so half the strip was inside the burner box and half in the control box. This seems to have eliminated all moisture inside the heater and now it actually lights when I need it to.
