Two Things, Banc Corp & Wash In Use Light

As stated above. #1- Has anyone used Banc Corp for their credit card processing and if so how have they been? I use First National and they are getting REAL bad with the hidden fees. They now want an annual fee for each location to certify the software from Hamilton is secure. Banc Corp says they do not require a fee. I had sent a couple statements to Banc Corp awhile back and they said they could save me some $$$$ so I requested an application. #2-One of my PDQ LW 4000 is having a sporadic problem with the "wash in use" sign staying on even though the wash will be reset and ready for the next wash. I have already switched the relay and it still happened. It may only happen once or twice in a two week period. Any ideas? My solution for now is to leave the relay out. Thanks

I switched from First National business solutions to Banc Corp and saved about 3.5%. My contract is one flat rate per account with no additional fees....I love it.
