Truck Wash Boom Arrangement

You have several options, and it depends on what size trucks you will be washing. Mosmatic makes an articulated boom that can go out to 20'. Mounted in the center that would allow you to wash trucks up to 40' or so. If you are doing longer trucks you can hang a wall support that carries the hoses on a sort of sling wire umbilical. Chemicals will be an important part of your success. Regular car wash chemicals won't cut it. Trucks put on 10 times the miles of cars so they have 10 times the dirt and road film.
