Traffic Counts

Anyone have a good rule of thumb for minimum percentage of traffic counts you can expect to stop a self serve facility? Only data I have is 2500 vehs/day back in 2012. It was similar in 2010. Best I can tell traffic counts in the area have stayed the same. Not much new construction and majority homes & business were built in 70's & 80's.

I used 3/10 ths of 1% as a multiplier.

Take daily traffic count. Multiply that by .003. That proved to be a realistic number for me.
