Do you rely on the advice of a professional or do you just subscribe to the "stay in for the long-term" theory in the S&P?
This technical video beats the "stay invested"/random walk theory quite handily, and has been back-tested in this video for over 30 years. It is interesting to consider that five minutes a week is all it takes to check these figures.
