Recently I have noticed the time it takes my TC to start coming out of the gun has increased from a few seconds to almost 30 seconds, any suggestions on the cause for this? Pump and motor are less than a year old.

A check valve in the attic could be starting to fail. The high pressure will clear the line out all the way back to the equipment room. So when the tire cleaner comes on, it has to fill the whole line before reaching the gun. This is what I have found to be the case every time that issue happens in my bays.
