Just wanted to publicly thank Mike at JBS. We selected JBS based on comments I read on here. Mike drove over 5 hours to get here on vary short notice, spent 2 full days in my equipment room working to revive long idle and poorly maintained equipment. All for what now seems to me to be an embarrassingly small order. Rest assured it will be the first of many!
 
Yep! The switch to JBS was huge for my cleaning quality. It’s not only Just Better Soaps but the help and knowledge of the sales folk at JBS, Marco in my case.
 
Mike’s great to work with.
I started switching over to JBS 3 yrs. ago.
With Mike’s help this year I’ve switched over both my self servs and my tunnel to JBS compass soap.
 
I haven't had the same luck...called last Wednesday and Thursday with no returned call. I also did the online form on Wednesday and they acknowledged receipt, but no contact.

I too read all the reviews here, and that's is why I reached out.

Mario at JBS left a vx message on the phone number you provided. So I’d assume you have a message or the wrong number was provided. In either case, JBS is the best! I’d give them the benefit.

Thanks for the heads up...he called and left a message on Friday but for some reason it didn't register on my phone until this morning. I never even had a missed call from the number he left, so weird. I will be calling him Monday morning...thanks again!
 
I am testing there soaps next week from also all the good reviews. Can anyone tell me how alkaline and acid you are running it to get a good clean I have heavy road film so have to run strong. I have a simoniz and blend co titration kit anyone know what they should be at on these kits as I know they vary form kit to kit on what it reads.

If you don't know how strong what about what Dema tip size you are using, currently running a PDQ 360 plus.
