I think they need to rename fusionx to frustrationx!
well it seems like the more i complain, the more this fusionx unit breaks down . Last thursday side brush motor went out and had to run to JC to get new motor...this time its not a baldor motor lol hope it last long enough to pay for itself. If it broke down last month then it would be still under warranty... the guy say its cheaper than baldor motor. Then i look at the price it was $558.50 with a bracket $28.75. Geez wonder how much the baldor motor was? Then yesterday, the freaking top brush motor gave out deja vu ..is this just a bad dream???

A friend of mine has one and he loves it. He told me that the only thing he does is grease it and has not had any problems with it at all.

Yea just my luck being 1st time owner of carwash. I dont know about other brands but fusionx is high maintenance. It got down to where i have to grease bearings twice per week for the bottom part and side brushes. Top part once a week. Clean the wheel brush out twice a week also. At any rate the installer said the shaft was sheared. He replaced the motor and gearbox. I had to pickup parts from JC....$525 for motor and $559 gearbox....expensive parts.

motor manufacturer? i look at it tomorrow and tell ya.

i cant see the tag, but JC sells them as option to baldor motors.

the baldors have not been very dependable! the last i got, the gearbox never has oil in it!!!!! wore out in about a month.
