I had a power suply fail in my SNC computer. Ireplaced itbuthd hard drive probles and had treloadmy backup. Now I am getting a database locked error message.
Any idas on howto get past this without calling JC?
I have had that error message before and after a few reboots it seemed to fix itself. Also, you can call JCC now without a charge. I called them recently about the printer in my SNC and they took the call without a credit card.

It depends if your SNC database is a access of sql server database. If it is SQL server then there will be a *.lck file that is in the directory where your sql db is saved. You need to delete this file or rename it. This sometimes happens to sql server when it is not properly shut down. If the DB is access then there are some similar lock files but I do not recall the names but could find them with a little reasearch.
