Superior 700 repair

I had a pesky leak on my machine where the spray bar side meets the top. I bravely tackled it Thursday, 2 days before a sunny weekend.

We tore into the machine at 830 am and finished at 5pm. The repair involved:
replacing 7 o-rings, travelling 20 miles for special sized ones, and realizing the o-rings were bad but not the main leak source.

The main leak was from a cracked, machined stainless steel block that is part of the spray bar.

It took 3 tries to repair the cracks. We would TIG weld, reassemble, fire up and see little water spurts then tear down again. Finally we got all the places where it was craked sealed up by welding.

Up side; no more leaks! Spray bar is actually closer to the vehicle now (heat from welding straightened a bent section of pipe) so cars are getting cleaner. Also, I can take this part of the machine apart in 5 minutes now!
