Suggestions on machines and service

Looking to enter the car wash business and am considering a touchless machine ?
I was recommended that I look at the Istobal tracer as they are apparently very cost effective
Interested on an comments and how are they for service and parts in Australia

I cant speak for parts and service in Australia but there are two Istobal Tracers in a wash very close to me and they are shut down for repairs on a unit at least every 2 to 3 weeks.

Don't know anything about the tracer but my two year old flex five friction has been fairly reliable.
