Spot Free Solenoids

I have 6 self serve bays that use our spot free system. I am having some issues with my current set of solenoids and want to start out fresh. Any suggestions for a set of solenoids that will work with needed flow rate??

Keep in mind the block solenoids are 1/8" orifice which means a max of 150 PSI. You can order them in different sizes, but Kleen-Rite only stocks one size.

Good point....My SFR system is a Dultmeier (4) bay. It has the 1/8" orifice valves and works ok. The instructions say I can go to 200# pressure but I run at 150#. I have never had a complaint about pressure and it gets used a lot. My system has 3/8 plastic lines that tee in above the boom. I guess theres a lot to consider. Type of line to the bay, gun tip size, etc. Maybe Bubbles can get back on here and give us a little more detail?

I don't the exact pressure my SFR system is at, but its well over 300 psi. I run the spot free through 3/8" lines and the tip I use is a 2506.

Check the MOPD of the solenoid you're currently using. Usually a miniature solenoid with a 3/32" orifice can open at a maximum 250 PSI.

What kind of pump are you running? My first assumption would be that you have a bad gauge showing a higher pressure than you're really getting.

I guess I will have to give them a call and see what they have access to. Worst part is my current manifold is leaking pretty bad since I cracked a stem...
