Spot Free Issue

Hi everyone just wanted to say thank you for answering all my previous questions. Your advice has been much appreciated. I am running into an issue with my spot free where the water that is being supplied from my spot free tank to the spot
Free pump is too high. The pressure from the spot free pump that goes out to the bay is currently set at 200 psi. however, the pipe that goes from the RO tank to the pump keeps bursting and breaking open because pressure is too high. Any thoughts on what could cause this for your help?

Typically the pipe that feeds the repressurization pump comes out of a bulkhead fitting installed near the bottom of a holding tank. The only pressure in that pipe is the head pressure from the tank (just a few psi - about 2.3 psi per foot of tank height). It would be unusual to have a pressure gauge on this pipe. How do you know that high pressure is bursting this pipe?

So apparently that is not your setup. What is between the inlet of your repressurization pump and the holding tank? What is elevating the pressure in that pipe?

I turned the spot free breakers off and closed the valve from the spot free water tank to my hose adapter. I disconnected my hose that goes from the spot free supply pipe to the pump that pushes out the water to the bays. So it’s only connected to the pump and it’s just loose on the other end where it’s supposed to be connected to the supply pipe. I noticed that there’s water that is running/leaking from the pump out to the pipe (slow flow but pump is shut off) Since the other end is a check valve, that might be the reason why the hose keeps bursting as there is nowhere for the water to go? So where is this water coming from if my spot free system is shut off and the hose that feeds the pump is disconnected from the spot free tank? The valve that the hose is supposed to be connected to is a check valve (one way). Hard to explain, but I can attach photos if necessary.
