I have been fighting with the specialty revolution undercarrige and have run out of ideas to try. When I test outputs the undercarrige comes on as normal. When I run a test wash with a phantom car it seems to work. During a paid wash however it won't come on. I'm sure I've watched when it has during a wash so I'll say it is sporatic. I replaced the entry eyes a few months ago so I know it senses the car entering.The programing appears to be correct. If the manifold was bad I would think it would send the water thru the arch.
