Southeast Missouri ACW thief caught

Wow, Poplar Bluff is not far from me. Maybe 45 mins drive.

I moved down here to Fredericktown to get away from the madness in the city and while, there is no where near the crime, especially violent crime, there is more drugs and theft than I had hoped.

I know can and does happen everywhere.
