Some bay FB Freezing Some Not

I had the same problem with the same type setup. If the purge is not long enough, some bays will not get enough meth. mixture thus will freeze. Manually turn on the output #2 to set the purge in motion. Then go out any physically check all of the foam brushes to see if they are all purging. Whatever bay / bays are purging first will most likely not freeze, the bay or bays that are last to recieve the purge will be at risk of freezing. I have my 8 bays purge for 2 min at 29 deg. I found that the foam brushes do not freeze right at 32 deg. Most cust. in my area do not use the brushes below 25 deg. Most use them in the winter when it is above 30 deg. This has saved me money on the meth. solution, as most FB usage is on the reg. mixture, not the meth mixture.
